That the Chief Executive investigate the possibility of purchasing lands off the Coldcut Road from members of Dublin City Services Sports and Social Club.

REPORT:

The Council is aware that the lands referenced are currently available for sale. The Council is examining the position and will explore the potential suitability of the site for possible Council purposes. Any further progression would be subject to the usual due diligence, assessment processes, and available resources.
