This committee agrees to ask the council to grant permission for residents of Rowlagh to plant a tree of hope in Rowlagh park.

REPORT:

The request for the residents of Rowlagh to plant a ‘tree of hope’ in Rowlagh Park is approved in principle.

Residents are requested to make contact with the Public Realm Section to agree the specific location to ensure that it does not conflict with existing underground services or potential future use of the open space.
