To ask the Chief Executive for a detailed report on behalf of Newcastle Community Council into the Taking in Charge of outstanding estates in Newcastle and give an estimated timeframe?

REPLY:

The Council has compiled a table of the status of several Newcastle estates going through the Taking in Charge (TIC) process.  Where there is certainty, a date for the TIC public consultation advertisement has been added to the table.
