That this Area Committee request that SDCC work with Clondalkin Men's Shed in expanding the shed to Council property next to the current shed.

REPORT:

The Community Development Team will engage with Clondalkin Men’s Shed to explore how the Council can best support the group. Regarding the potential expansion of the current facility into the adjoining Council property, it should be noted that these units are designated housing assets. The Housing Department currently has no plans to relinquish this property.
