QUESTION: Councillor H. Farrell

To ask the Manager how many Social & Affordable Housing units are expected for completion in the LUPT area in 2026.

REPLY:

At present, there are 545 social homes under construction in this electoral area as part of our delivery programme, either through direct build, Part V, or in partnership with Approved Housing Bodies. Of these, the council expects to deliver 79 new social homes in 2025, with a further 181 scheduled for delivery in 2026.

Additionally, 26 affordable purchase homes will be advertised for sale in 2026 with a further 438 new cost-rental homes scheduled for delivery to the end of 2026.
