QUESTION: Councillor D. Richardson

"Can the Manager update on Housing at Killinarden Hill in Tallaght and what is the time scale for clubhouse for Sacred Heart Fc?"

REPLY:

The contractor is currently on site carrying out site preparation and pre-construction enabling works. The first homes under this project are expected to be completed in early 2027.

Works in respect of Sacred Heart FC form part of phase one of the development and are currently scheduled for completion by mid-2027.
