Airpark Square Estate, Notification of the Intention to take the estate in charge.

REPLY:

This Headed Item is to inform the local elected members that the Council intends, later this week, to advertise the "Airpark Square Estate, Stocking Lane" for Taking into the Charge of South Dublin County Council. I attach a copy of the intended TIC map along with this report.

Maps showing the roads and the areas to be taken in charge, will be published separately and will be available for viewing at the Council’s public consultation portal at http://consult.sdublincoco.ie during the advertisement period.

Objections or representations regarding the above proposal may be made via the portal or in writing to the Senior Executive Officer, Land Use, Planning and Transportation, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24, D24 A3XC.

Objections or representations referencing the relevant scheme should be made in one Medium only and will only be accepted in either format outlined above.

After the statutory advertisement period, a report on any objections and any related recommendations will be taken before the next available ACM for the consideration of the members. 

If agreed by the local members at that ACM, the proposal will then be brought before the full Council for ratification.
