"That the Manager give a detailed report on what measures will he put in place on Stocking Lane to cope with the increased treffic from new developments and the opening of the link road from Ballycullen."

REPORT:

A Consultant is to be appointed to carry an assessment of the various traffic issues associated with the new developments above and to make recommendations on safety measures etc.  A further report will be brought to a Traffic Management Meeting when the Consultants report is received.
