QUESTION: Cllr. Cáit Keane

To ask the Manager to ensure that Templeogue is signposted on exit no 11 i.e. the Tallaght exit as many motorists are leaving it too late to exit as the Templeogue sign is just at the exit itself and motorists are crossing the white line barrier to exit – which is illegal. (see copy of e-mail from resident detailing an accident occurring as a result of this)

The positioning and content of all signposting on National Routes, including the M50, is subject to approval by the NRA. The matter the subject of the above question will be discussed with the NRA and the outcome advised to the members.
