QUESTION: Councillor N. Whelan

"Compliments to SDCC for the new seating area installed in Ballyroan recently, constructed by Bladebridge. Has the manager any plans to expand these across the County, particularly the Tallaght area?"

REPLY:

The bladebridge shelter was a bespoke piece designed as part of the Rosemount Enhancement Scheme.

Currently there is no plan to install any more of these in the county but sheltered seating options will be considered as part of any future village or district centre scheme.
