To ask the manager, how many expressions of interest have been made for in situ purchases to SDCC since November 2024 and what stage are each of them at?

REPLY:

Since November, 2024 the Procurement Section have received 31 expressions of interest in relation to the Tenant in situ scheme. At time of reply, 27 expressions of interest are at the due diligence stage and 4 are not progressing.
