QUESTION: Councillor S. O'Hara

To ask the Chief Executive: When will Drury's Mill Saggart be officially taken in charge and what steps are being taken to expedite this process?

REPLY:

 The developer of Drury Mills submitted a TIC application to SDCC on 25/02/2020.  Since then 25% of the the required information for TIC has been submitted.  In the last three months SDCC has allocated additional resources to this project.  There is reasonable engagement with the developer on this scheme.  The remaining information required is being submitted by the developer in an orderly fashion.  It will take approximately 1 year to complete all the TIC checks if the developer continues to engage in a meaningful way.
