MOTION: Councillor F. Timmons

That this Area Committee calls on Libraries to host and document a Living History of a sample of LGBTQ+ stories of Residents of SDCC that captures pre and post decrimilisaion, the huge progress that has been made and the challenges ahead from an LGBTQ+ perpective!

REPORT:

If this motion is passed, libraries will continue to collaborate with Cllr Timmons and consider the appropriate format to facilitate the sharing of these stories, and when it may be integrated in our events programme.
