MOTION: Councillor F. Timmons

That this Area Committee calls on Libraries to host and document a Living History of a sample of Survivor of Church and state institutional abuse from residents from SDCC that capturea stories from the mother and baby institutions, the county institutions , the Industrial schools and the Magdalene Laundrys

REPORT:

If this motion is passed, libraries will continue to collaborate with Cllr Timmons and consider the appropriate format to facilitate the sharing of these stories, and when it may be integrated in our events programme.
