QUESTION: Councillor T. Costello

"To ask the Manager - how many estates in Tallaght Central and Tallaght South are due to be taken in charge and when should this be happening?"

REPLY:

The number of live Taking in Charge processes their TIC status has been attached in a table to this question.  Where the process is well advanced a timeline for completion has been calculated.  It is not possible to estimate the timeline on those estates that have just entered the TIC process.  The level of engagement received from the developer and the number of issues that are uncovered during the testing and information gathering phase will determine when the process is successfully completed for these developments.
