"To ask the Manager what is the average cost of a full kitchen replacement in the Tallaght Area, a breakdown of Labour & kitchen supplied to be included?"

REPLY:

The housing maintenance team have issued works for the refurbishment of sixteen kitchens within the Tallaght Central local electoral area, in 2024. The average cost of these works is €5,910.00 inclusive of VAT.

The scope of the works can vary depending on the condition of the kitchen but may include the installation of new kitchen cabinets, sink units and worktops. The costs provided by the contractor, under tender, are for supply and installation and are therefore inclusive of labour costs.
