"Can the manager report why Brookview rise has not been taken in charge by the Council?"

REPLY:

The estate has not been officially offered for Taking in Charge by the developer.  SDCC are meeting the developer shortly to discuss this matter.  I understand there are a number of issues in the estate that need addressed.  SDCC will raise these matters with the developer when we meet the developer.
