MOTION: Councillor E. Murphy

That this Council adds Killakee Estate, Firhouse to the LED public lighting programme.

REPORT:

There are currently 7,214 of the older orange light fittings throughout the county waiting to be upgraded to LED. This includes those in Killakee Estate. 

Attached is our Phase 2 Programme for Firhouse-Bohernabreena LEA, which we are hoping to complete during 2024/2025. Once these have been completed, we will move on to Phase 3. 

Killakee will form part of the Phase 3 programme.
