MOTION: Councillor T. Costello

Given the recent Section 38's in Tallaght can we request that a representative from the NTA come into Tallaght Area Committee to answer questions that Local Councillors have in relation to recent and planned works and a explanation of DMURs?

REPORT:

If this motion is approved a letter inviting a representative of the NTA to attend the Tallaght ACM will be issued.

It is noted that the NTA presented at the October Council meeting.
