 (iii) Affordable Purchase Housing 

Parkleigh, Seven Mills, Dublin 22:

The portal for online applications for the 25 houses advertised for Affordable Purchase Housing at this location closed at 4pm on Friday 15th December 2023. 

There were 201 valid applications of which 175 were eligible and 26 ineligible.  All applicants have been notified in writing of the outcome of the assessment of their application.

Documentation from the first 25 eligible applicants based on their self-declared information has been requested and once submitted, will be reviewed to verify eligibility for the scheme.  Once an applicant is deemed eligible,  they will be contacted by the sales agent to choose their new home.

Kilcarberry Grange : 

The pilot scheme is almost complete with 15 of the 16 homes advertised now sold. The final home is sale agreed.

In Kilcarbery Grange Phase 2, one house is sold with a further 16 homes  currently sale agreed due to close in the coming weeks. Applicants are being contacted and documents requested to verify eligibility for the remaining homes to be allocated in this phase of affordable housing.
