"To ask the CEO to present a report on the development of the 133 Affordable Rental Apartments on the site close to the Innovation Centre; will he give details, confirm the schedule being followed and make a statement?"

REPLY:

Construction works commenced on site in April 2023 and are progressing well for the first standalone local authority cost rental development in Ireland. The development, which consists of 133 cost rental apartments, is scheduled for delivery in early 2025
