To ask the Chief Executive how tenants of social housing benefit from electricity generating solar panels that are installed on their homes?

REPLY: 

The list of eligible works under the Local Authority Energy Efficiency Retrofit Programme does not include the installation of electricity generating solar panels.  Social Housing Tenants do not currently benefit from this.
