QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the CEO to confirm the schedule now being followed in respect of the development of the Tallaght Innovation Quarter and will he also detail the services to be provided and make a statement?"

REPLY:

The innovation quarter is under construction on three separate contracts. 

• Innovation centre nearing completion and scheduled to be open for business in 2024. 
• Public realm underway and progressing linking Cookstown to the Tallaght Town Centre- anticipated completion in 2024
• A CGI video was produced to show what this would look like and is available to view ........here
• Cost rental apartments under construction and due for completion in 2025.
