"To ask the CEO to give a further update on the Age Friendly housing developments at Fernwood Green and Maplewood Heights in Springfield Estate?"

REPLY:

Clúid have advised that the development at Maplewood Heights is still scheduled for completion by the end of October with new homes to be allocated in November 2023. Fernwood Green is due to be completed by the end of November with the commencement of allocations from December 2023 onwards.
