"To ask the CEO to present a report on the Age Friendly housing development at the Weir, Whitestown Way; will he detail arrangements being made for the allocation of the units and will he make a statement?"

REPLY:

The AHB is reporting that the contractors programme is for substantial completion of the Weir Development by the end of December 2023, subject to utility connections and BCAR.

As soon as the handover date has been confirmed new homes will be offered to applicants from the Age Friendly list in Quarter 1, 2024 in accordance with the allocation scheme, which may include rightsizing transfers and approved applicants under the Financial contribution Scheme.
