MOTION: Councillor M. Lynch

That this Council carries out immediate repair / remedial work on the footpath between Orchardton and Willowbank Drive following two serious falls by residents. 

REPORT:

Defect on Willowbank Drive was inspected and listed for repair. This repair will be carried out during a school holiday period as location is heavily used for parking at school drop and pick up times.
