To ask the Manager to provide details, in list form, of the top ten individuals and /or companies issued with most Warning Letters and Enforcement Notices in the last year?

From June 2005 to May 2006, 262 Warning Letters were issued.  Details of people served with Warning Letters cannot be revealed as Warning Letters may relate to alleged unauthorised development.

From June 2005 to May 2006, 135 Enforcement Notices were issued.
