QUESTION: Councillor L.Guéret

To ask the Chief Executive if there are any plans to consider creating a one-way system for traffic in Bohernabreena Cemetery to avoid traffic congestion.

REPLY:

Currently there are no plans to establish a one-way traffic system at Bohernabreena Cemetery, both roads into and out of the cemetery are considered to be wide enough to comfortably accommodate two vehicles passing eachother. The Council will monitor traffic visiting the Cemetery and review this position if required, however to date there has not been a demand to establish such a traffic management system.
