QUESTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"To ask the Manager when is he going to reinstate the footpath outside (address enclosed), which is very rough for prams and for elderly people walking to mass and which puddles when it rains, and for which I have asked on numerous occasions?"

REPLY:

Ponding has occurred recently as a result of a blockage in the drainage pipes. Arrangements are being made to have drains and gullies in the area jetted and cleaned out in June 2006. Maintenance reinstatement will also be assessed.
