QUESTION: Councillor E. Walsh

"To ask the Manager for a progress report on the proposed realignment of Greenhills Road and will he make a statement on the issue?"

REPLY:

The Part 8 report was noted by members on 8th May 2006.   At present the Compulsory Purchase Order is being prepared along with site investigation tender documentation.  Pending the confirmation of the C.P.O., works are anticipated to commence on site in Summer 2007 with completion in late 2008 - early 2009.
