"That the Manager examine the access roadway to Nos. 2,4,6,8 Hillsbrook Avenue which is in a dreadful condition and has not been renewed since the 50s and needs to be resurfaced in the interests of the safety of local residents."

REPORT:

This area is not on 2006 works lists.  The area will be considered for inclusion in the 2007 works schedule. In the interim it will be examined and necessary maintenance works will be carried out as soon as possible.
