QUESTION: Councillor M. Árdagh

"To ask the Manager to carry out a survey of the footpaths and roads in Greenhills Estate where telecommunications companies and other services have carried out work and not replaced the surface to an acceptable standard and to carry out whatever remedial work necessary?"

REPLY:

An inspection of the Greenhills Estate will be undertaken to determine where inadequate reinstatements have been carried out. Where works are substandard they will be brought to the attention of the utility company concerned for immediate remediation.
