MOTION: Councillor S. Laing

"That the Manager re-instate the double yellow lines at the top of Moyville Lawn on both sides of the road and to extend the double yellow lines at the start of the shops of the open space to the entrance of the open space and that bollards be placed on the footpath on the Taylors Lane side of the open space. That the Manager contact  Mr. John O'Shea to finalise this project."

REPORT:

Major construction works are scheduled to commence later in 2006 as part of the Green Route Final Phase. It is not proposed to carry out minor works in this area in advance of the commencement of the scheme. These concerns will be forwarded for consideration for inclusion in the final proposal.
