"To ask the Manager why has there been a delay in taken in charge of Sheehy Skeffington Meadows and when is it expected to be?"

REPLY:

The Sheehy Skeffington Meadows was a rapid build Council estate.  Therefore, it is automatically deemed to be Taken in Charge by the South Dublin County Council once it is built.
