"To ask the manager for an update on works to the Charles OToole bridge as I notice more panels of glass broken?"

REPLY:

 Following the replacement of a large number of panels in April we have monitored the situation out here. One panel has been broken in this period.

TII are to carry out a parapet redesign to reduce this issue from occurring
