"How many houses in the Tallaght area have been acquired through the procurement process in the 1st quarter of the year?"

REPLY:

As at the end of Q1 2023 in the Tallaght Central Area the Council are negotiating on 1 property with a further property with our Law department for conveyancing.  In the Tallaght South area we have acquired 1 property, with a further 1 in negotation and 4 are sale agreed awaiting conveyancing.
