"With reference to the new groundworks outside County Hall and at the steps leading to the Civic Theatre, would the Manager inform this Area Committee that the Commemorative Plaques, recognising the opening of the Civic (Cyril Cusack) Theatre and the Freedom of the County plaque on Ingrid Betancourt will be brought back into public view, when the works in these areas are complete?"

REPLY:

Both of these plaques will be re-located within Chamber Square as part of the completed scheme.
