"To ask the manager how many transfer of tenancy applications are currently being assessed/processed and the expected timeframe for same?"

REPLY:

The below table outlines the approved Housing Transfer List broken down by bedroom size and area.

There are 304 applications for assessment which are being completed in strict date order.  If considered eligible for transfers the date of approval will be backdated to the date of the application.

There are currently 395 applications for transfer of tenancy.  Staff will be re-assigned in the coming weeks to address the backlog.
