QUESTION: Councillor T. Costello

"To ask the Manager for details of locations for speed ramps or road safety installations within Tallaght planned for the next 12 months?"

REPLY:

The Traffic Section has produced a preliminary list of Traffic Calming proposals 2023 for the Tallaght Electoral Area.  This list will be emailed to the members in the next few days.  In a week or so, the Tallaght members will be asked to a workshop to review the list of proposals prior to us going to public consultation on the matter.  The hope is that for the schemes where we receive overwhelmingly positive support, we will deliver those traffic calming schemes in 2023.
