QUESTION: Councillor Baby Pereppadan

"To ask the Manager for an estimate on how much longer would be required for the taking in charge process of Corbally Estate and a statement regarding progress on the same?"

REPLY:

The contractor is completing the snags on 3no. Cul de Sac roads.  He is also cutting the grass in the green in the Interim period.  He is also building an additional footpath across the green space and repairing some openings in the boundary fencing.

It is hoped all repairs will be completed shortly and the remaining items will be Taken in Charge by October 2023.
