QUESTION: Councillor D. Richardson

"Can the manager give a progress report on new development beside Tallaght stadium and let us know when this will be finished. Also on how allocation process will take place?"

REPLY:

 The age friendly development at Whitestown Way is scheduled to complete in December 2023.

The allocation process will begin several months before the completion of the units, with advertisements on Choice Based Letting, assessment of rightsizing transfers and applications from private homeowners to right size through the Community list.  The timelines for the allocation process are in place to ensure tenants are ready to occupy the new units immediately upon completion.
