QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

'To ask the CEO to confirm contacts he has had recently with Fettercairn Estate Management and will he detail actions in respect of issues of concern and will  he make a statement?'

REPLY:

The Estate Management Team are in regular contact with members of the Fettercairn Estate Management Committee. The next committee meeting is due to take place on Wednesday the 12th April  2023 at 10am.

Weekly Estate Management Clinics are attended by the Council and An Garda Síochána every Wednesdays at 2.30pm in Fettercairn Community Centre and residents are invited to attend. Our Anti-Social Behaviour Officers continue to liaise with the Gardaí in relation to issues reported in the area.

Estate Management have recently provided residents with a selection of trees, plants, bulbs and compost for planting in Kilmartin Estate.
