QUESTION: Councillor Shane Moynihan

To ask the Chief Executive to consider treatment to the Ballyowen Lane roundabout and the Liffey/Mount Andrew roundabout that is similar in aesthetic nature to the Bewley/Mount Bellew roundabout.

REPLY:

The Liffey/Mount Andrew roundabout is currently landscaped.  Maintenance works will be carried out on this roundabout to included weeding and replacement of any plants that have failed or are missing.

There is no funding provided in the current annual budget to carry out landscaping works on the Ballyowen Lane roundabout.  Consideration will be given to including the roundabout for landscaping improvement works at a future date.
