MOTION: Councillor L. O'Toole

This committee requests that the Chief Executive arrange a separate meeting for local cllrs regarding the proposed amendments on the Adamstown SDZ. The request arises from the many questions I have received regarding the proposed amendments, and further explanation regarding timelines involved, are necessary.

REPORT:

 The SDZ briefing for the Elected Members for the ACM areas on Adamstown and Clonburris is scheduled for April 5th at 3pm. The proposed amendments to the Adamstown Planning Scheme will be outlined as part of the briefing.
