"To ask a manager for detail of all planned age friendly homes in Tallaght Area broken down by loction and number of units and completion date?"

REPLY:

Age Friendly homes currently under construction in the Tallaght Area are listed in the table below:

Fernwood	23	Q3 2023
Old Bawn	12	Q3 2023
Whitestown Way	81	Q4 2023

In addition a design team has been appointed to progress the detailed design for the 12 units as part of the age friendly scheme at St. Aongus's, Tallaght. It is anticipated that a tender to appoint a contractor to construct the units will issue before the end of Q2 2023 with the units expected to be delivered in Q2 2024.
