QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

'To ask the CEO to report on progress in dealing with the proposed allocations in respect of the two Age Friendly Housing developments at Springfield Estate and will he make a statement?'

REPLY:

Works on the completion of the age friendly units at Maplewood/ Fernwood is currently underway.

The 17 units at Maplewood are anticipated for completion Quarter 2 2023 and the 23 units at Fernwood due Quarter 3 2023.

All units have been assigned to the relevant sections for allocation and offers are currently being made.
