To ask the manager has the allocation process started yet in the new age friendly homes in Tallaghts have any of the units been offered yet if yes which location

REPLY:

Works on the completion of the age friendly units at Maplewood/ Fernwood is currently underway.

The 17 units at Maplewood are anticipated for completion Quarter 2 2023 and the 23 units at Fernwood due Quarter 3 2023.

All units have been assigned to the relevant sections for allocation and offers are currently being made.
