That the Chief Executive install an additional bin or bins on Firhouse Rd between the Old Mill and the entrance to the Park? Killinninney Meadows residents report a problem with littering in the area

REPORT:

The Killininny Rd between the Old Mill and the pedestrian entrance to Ballycragh Park is currently serviced by one litterbin which is adjacent to the park and Scholars pub, with a further number of bins in place on Parklands Road and at the playground in Ballycragh Park. Having examined the situation with regard to litter in the area the Public Realm Section will install one additional bin along Killininny Rd at a location between Old Bawn Cross and the junction of Killininny Road with Parklands Road.
