QUESTION: Councillor C. O'Connor

"To ask the CEO to detail recent contacts he has had in respect of the Hoarding and associated issues at Mayberry Road noting the concern of the community in Kilnamanagh who had a clear understanding that the Hoarding would be removed in the first week of February; will he give clear assurances in the matter and will he make a statement?"

REPLY:

The Contractor has notified the Council on 14th February, 2023 of the commenced removal of the Hoarding.

The area will be inspected shortly to ensure that the location is reinstated to its pre-license condition.
