To ask the Chief Executive to explain the use of a green container in the pick-up/drop-off car park on Grange Road, Rathfarnham which was recently installed during the Grange Road cycle scheme, and to consider its removal as it is being used for littering? A photo is attached.

 The green containers are planters, and these will be utilitied in the coming weeks.
